Caulil’s CHEESE is a business that revolves around cheese. Cheese in sandwiches, cheese on a board, cheese in raclette.

In this stand, gourmets, connoisseurs and enthusiasts can enjoy a choice and variety of dishes and products, each prepared with taste and carefully selected. With an eye for the season and the time of day, a diverse and changing assortment will be offered, of which the basic ingredient always remains the same: cheese.

Caulil’s CHEESE is an initiative of Kes Lilani and Maarten van Caulil. Their passion for pure, refined and responsible food, and cheese in particular, brought them together. Kes Lilani previously worked at various delis and in catering. Maarten van Caulil opened Caulils delicacies & catering on the Haarlemmerstaat in 2002, a store that was voted the best delicacy shop in the Netherlands in 2012 and 2015.
